Ziett is a multichannel communications platform built for developers and businesses that need to send messages that matter — OTPs, alerts, confirmations, campaigns — across SMS, WhatsApp, Emails, and Push Notifications.

While the rest of the world moved forward, Angola's communications infrastructure stayed behind. Businesses that needed to send a simple SMS had to integrate with clunky interfaces, deal with dollar-denominated pricing that didn't reflect local reality, and accept that this was just how things were. We disagreed.

Angola deserves a communications platform that competes on the world stage — one built with the same care and quality that developers in São Paulo, Lisbon, or London take for granted. That's the gap Ziett was created to close.

The idea took shape in mid-2024, born out of a simple but persistent frustration: there was no messaging platform in Angola that felt like it belonged in 2024.

In October 2025, we incorporated Ohrus Labs - Service, Lda in Luanda — the legal entity behind Ziett — and got to work building the infrastructure, the API, and the platform from the ground up.

On February 8, 2026, Ziett went live.

Ziett is a product of Ohrus, headquartered in Luanda, Angola. We're a small, focused team building for the long term — starting with Angola, expanding across Africa, and open to the world.

Ohrus is authorized by the Angolan Data Protection Agency (APD) to process personal data, under authorization No. 682422756000/2026. We take compliance seriously — not as a checkbox, but as a commitment to the businesses that trust us with their communications.

We integrate directly with Angola's major carriers — Unitel, and Africell — giving us the infrastructure to move fast locally while building toward a platform that can scale regionally and internationally.

Our ambition is straightforward: to be the communications platform that Africa's developers and businesses reach for first.
