Ohrus Labs - Service, Lda ("Ohrus") uses cookies and similar technologies on the institutional website (ziett.co) and the web application (app.ziett.co) of the Ziett platform. This policy explains, clearly and jargon-free, how we use these tools and how you can control them.

Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device when you visit our platform. They help us remember your interface preferences, keep your session logged in securely, and understand how you interact with our services so that we can improve them.

2. How do we use them?

Instead of listing complex tables of technical codes that change frequently, we group the cookies we use into three essential categories:

Strictly Necessary: Fundamental for the basic functioning of the system. They include authentication tokens (so you don't have to log in with every click), security mechanisms against cyberattacks (such as CSRF), and the recording of your own cookie consent. These cookies cannot be disabled.
Analytics and Performance: Allow us to monitor errors, page speed, and analyze which features are most used. We use Google Analytics 4 in a strictly anonymized manner (your IP is masked and no personal data such as email or NIF is sent). They are only activated if you give your explicit consent.

3. How can you control your data?

You have full control over the tracking technologies you accept on your device:

Ziett Consent Panel: On your first visit, you can choose to accept all, reject non-essential ones, or customize the categories.
Browser Settings: You can configure your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge) to block or delete cookies entirely. Please note that if you block strictly necessary cookies, the Ziett web application will not be able to successfully process your authentication.
