Subprocessors

Ohrus Labs - Service, Lda ("Ohrus") uses third parties ("Subprocessors") to help deliver the Ziett platform. They process personal data only on Ohrus's instructions and strictly to the extent necessary for the stated purpose.
Ohrus has written agreements in place with all Subprocessors that impose obligations equivalent to those set out in the Applicable Data Protection Laws, including a prohibition on sharing data with unauthorized third parties and an obligation to delete or return data at the end of the contractual relationship.
This page is kept up to date. Customers with an active Data Processing Addendum (DPA) will be notified 30 days in advance of any new Subprocessor being added.

- Africell SA (Angola): SMS message delivery to recipients on the Africell network
- DebugIT, Lda. (Angola): Invoice and tax document issuing and management (FactPlus)
- Empresa Interbancária de Serviços, S.A. – EMIS (Angola): Online payment processing (payment gateway)
- Functional Software, Inc. (USA): Application error and performance monitoring (Sentry)
- Google LLC (USA): Hosting, compute and storage infrastructure (Google Cloud) and website and application usage analytics (Google Analytics)
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA): Sending and receiving WhatsApp messages (WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API)
- Notion Labs, Inc. (USA): Customer relationship management (CRM) and internal organization
- Pydantic Services Inc. (USA): Platform observability, logging and tracing (Logfire)
- Unitel SA (Angola): SMS message delivery to recipients on the Unitel network
Note on International Transfers
Some Subprocessors are headquartered in the United States of America. For processing involving data subjects in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, Ohrus ensures that these transfers rely on appropriate legal mechanisms, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. For transfers of data relating to data subjects in Brazil, the safeguards provided for in the LGPD apply.
